Responsibilities :
Claims settlement for general insurance
managing and coaching your team
Analyzing risk for business insured in fast considerations
liaising with insurance brokers, agents and loss adjusters
making sure that claims are dealt with according to financial services industry regulations
dealing with customer complaints and appeals
working on complex or fraudulent cases that need more experience and specialist knowledge
maintaining quality and customer service standards
keeping accurate records
taking responsibility for the department’s productivity and profit
Requirements :
Male/Female, Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
Age between 30 – 35yrs old
Must have good command on English
Ability to work in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel)
Self motivated and can work independently
Able to work in a team
Meticulous, able to work under pressure
Must have 3 – 5 years experience as general Claim Analyst
